The privacy of all our Users is very important to us. When you use our Service as an Application User, we (as the Application Publisher) process your Personal Data. This Privacy Statement explains how we protect and process your Personal Data. We recommend that you read it carefully.

We use Anonymous Data to improve our Service. This information will not be made public through the Service.
- Automatically generated information
Like most other websites and online services, we collect and process automatically generated information about how you use the Application. The information collected includes your ip address and/or unique device ID.
This also happens with automatically generated information about how you use the Application. Such information helps us to better understand how the Application is used and to produce services tailored to your needs as a user.
If you enable user authorization features within the application, the following additional information is stored:

We also collect the following (unknown) information to inform the app owner about the use of the app:
- When you open the application,
- The screens you open in the application and the time you spend on these screens,
- The moment you leave the application.
Note: if user authorization features are enabled, we may associate anonymous information with your information when you log in.

Parties process Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To enable you to use the Service,

- Transmission of Personal Data to third parties
We do not sell, sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties without your prior consent.
We may provide “aggregated anonymous data” about the use of the Service to third parties for such purposes, as we deem appropriate. “Total anonymous data” is data that cannot be returned to you and therefore does not count as Personal Data. For example, we may use aggregated anonymous data to better understand how Users use the Service.
Where we move or merge with a third party or are subject to a restructuring, your Personal Data may also be disclosed and/or transferred to third parties. This third party will have the right to continue to use Personal Data and other information you provide to us.
We may disclose or exercise your Personal Data where we believe in good faith that you are required to comply with a court order, pending judicial proceeding, criminal or civil subpoena, or other legal action or request by law enforcement authorities.
- Where Personal Data is processed
The data centers where the data processed within the scope of the service are kept are located in different regions. It is provided by using hosting services located in Turkey, Ireland, Netherlands, United States. However, the processed Personal Data may be transferred and stored on storage servers located in a country other than these countries and regions. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is used securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
- What security measures are in place to protect Personal Data?
The security of your data and the security of other Users is very important to us. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or any illegal processing. We have implemented the following measures: protecting our servers through firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not exhaustive.
- Limits of liability for third parties
Our Service may contain services and products offered by third parties and/or hyperlinks to the websites or services of partners, advertisers and other third parties.
The parties have no control or influence over the content, websites or services of these third parties. Different privacy policies may apply to the use of third party websites and services. This Privacy Statement concerns only Personal Data obtained by the parties through your use of the Service for their own purposes. The parties do not accept any responsibility for the content, practices or operation of third-party websites and services.
- Viewing and Deleting Personal Data
You can contact us via email or send a request to delete the personal information collected using the app. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity.
- Child privacy
Personal information about children is not collected knowingly or intentionally.
- Security
Measures are implemented to ensure the security of your personal information, to minimize the risk of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures cannot provide absolute information security. Accordingly, efforts are made to ensure the security of your personal information, but this is not guaranteed, and you cannot reasonably expect that the Application and its associated databases will be immune from any wrongdoing, malfunction, unauthorized blocking or access or other misuse or misuse.
- Changes to this Privacy Statement
This Statement may be updated at any time. Parties will post an updated version of the Privacy Statement through the Service. The parties recommend that you check this page from time to time to be informed about the changes to be made in this Privacy Statement and to be informed about how the parties will protect your Personal Data. It is your responsibility and you accept and undertake to periodically review this Privacy Statement and be informed about updates.
You agree to be bound by any changes made to this Statement. Your continued use of the App after the change takes effect will indicate your acceptance of the amended Statement. If you do not agree to the Amended Notice, you must uninstall the App and refrain from using it any further.
- What will you do if you have any questions or comments?
In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 13 of the Law No. 6698, you can send your request to use your rights mentioned above to Softtech in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to Softtech in accordance with Law No. 6698. In this context, the channels and procedures to submit your application in writing to Softtech within the scope of Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 are explained below.
Your request, including the necessary information to identify you in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, and your explanations regarding your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698;

You can send your identity documents to the address by hand or through a notary public.
After signing with your “secure electronic signature” within the scope of Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, you can send it to your address with a secure electronic signature.
